Pros: 1) location across from Train Station and in same plaza as Bus Station was great for traveling to/from Rome and Florence 2) included breakfast
Cons: 1) there are steps to get in the front lobby which can be a pain if you have luggage 2) breakfast variety is meagre 3) washroom is not air conditioned and shower door was leaky

Value for money, great location, friendly staff! The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the bus station and just across the street from Termini station. The service staff at the reception were prompt, friendly and made us feel really welcomed. The room was newly renovated and spacious, with access to the garden. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus. All was ok.

The location adjacent to the train station was so convenient and most of the attractions were within walking distance. The front desk was always manned around the clock by three wonderful guys who were extremely helpful with travel and sightseeing tips and were very accomodating. We were initially allocated a room on the 3rd floor which was comfortable but when we expressed our concern about the ongoing construction was upgraded to an updated room on the ground floor that had radiant heated floors, shower with body sprays and an illuminated ceiling with changing colors at no extra cost.Free WiFi and breakfast were nice touches.Overall a great three star facility.
Only minor deficiency was the quality of the bath towels which were lightweight without loops and thus not very absorbent

Fairly clean accommodation, fantastic and wonderful staff at the reception desk. Unbeatable and awesome location, great area, not far from train stations, early morning trains to catch, and town center where major attractions in Firenze and shopping area. Great food in the restaurants such as Caffe il Cerino, located 10 min away.

The hotel was a great base for exploring Florence. the staff at the reception desk were very welcoming. - the location was fantastic, close to the early morning trains, Uffizi, Duomo, and a lovely garden area. - Caffe il Cerino near the hotel offered a wide range of lunch options.

The location is excellent! It is located right across tge train station and tram station. It only took us 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery and everything else is only 10 minutes away. The room has tv with cartoons on and free wi-fi for the whole building. Breakfast is included (althiugh the breakfast staff were not welcoming) and its quite nice. The cleaning lady was nice and all smiles. Staff was helpful in providing advice and directions.

The location is perfect if you plan to travel (by train or by bus) in Tuscany. The hotel is on renovation, but you can survive...We did it because we were out most of the time! I strongly recommend one restaurant in the area: Osteria dall'Oste. Excellent staff, great menu!

Convenient Location and Friendly Service
During our recent stay at Aurora, we were impressed by its ideal location just a short walk from the train station and major attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a spacious ensuite and refreshing shower. the nearby grocery store and tram stop added to the convenience. Although we encountered a few minor issues like a small shower and walls that were not soundproof, they did not significantly affect our overall satisfaction. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly service. we had a fantastic stay at Aurora.

The room had a balcony with a view of the city, despite the fact that it is located in a bad district of Florence. The breakfast was good, apart from the coffee, with a big variety.
The room was 200m away from the reception and according to the reception this is the case for any not-luxury double room. We were informed about this but not before the confirmation of the room- too late to reconsider our decision. This 200 m away means that there is not internet access at the room and for the breakfast we had to get out of our building and this in a very bad district of the city, If someone decide to stay at this hotel, I would suggest to choose the luxury rooms that cost about 20 euros more but are located at the main building and look to be recently renovated.

Friendly and accommodating staff, allowing us to leave bags and wait for our train after check-out. Great location, right across from the train station and five minutes from Florence attractions. No noise from the trains coming and going. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

a very good location - just near the railway station. very nice hotel stuff.reasonable price and good breakfast included.the rooms is clean and neat.
the hotel is under renovation,so be ready for that. the hotel itself is quite old and shabby but if you like antiques you might enjoy it)))the air conditioner was too strong and we couldn't regulate it properly. and - you can hear your neighbours which is a great minus!
